The Goal:

My goal at every wedding is to tell the story of the day - including sub-plots, digressions, comic interludes - the works. My working style is both casual and tireless as I blend in with the guests, enjoying the spirit of the event and shooting all the while. With a background in cultural anthropology (aka ph.d), I am happy working with all sorts of people.
Mostly I'm attracted to the drama of families and their characters. I love the costumes, the exuberance and the excesses. I love the traditions and the way that everyone breaks the rules here and there (or everywhere). I like being back stage as much as I enjoy the most staged rtuals and I feel lucky to be the guy who gets to photograph it all.
The Deal:
____________________________________________
I'm happy shooing film or digital (usually both), and am always eager to use my vintage medium and large format cameras.
You'll get high resolution digital files to keep. In addition, those files are uploaded to a site where you and your friends can view them, order prints, and download files.
If I shoot film, you own the negatives.
